Hi my name is Francine Murphy I'm mother of 2 kids a 13yr old & 10yr old I have been exercising for about 4 years now my boyfriend who's a trainer got me interested in a healthy lifestyle. Since then I started loving it. So I thought why not become a trainer as well. I can help others who have kids are just want to get in shape and feel good.
I enjoy being a motivation to others when it comes to fitness. You can start at any age and progress later on in life. Help others achieve there goals eat the right new nutrition to feel good.getting to know people gain there trust in you. Help build confidence etc.
