After identifying my clients physical needs, I focus consistently on their mental attitude. Together, we eliminate each and every negative thought that prevents us from reaching goals.

I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach since 2006.

I studied physical training and nutrition at the National Personal Trainings Institute in Santa Monica, CA. 

Since then, I have helped nearly 100 clients between California and Hawaii to reach their so well deserved fitness goals. 

I am also a certified TRX instructor and I often add TRX to my workout routines.

I train one-on-one & also groups up to 10 people when requested.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First we analyze your current physical condition and we set your goals. Your safety comes always first. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach since 2006.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I typically charge clients session by session. I understand some people have an easier time affording personal training than others. I am always willing to negotiate and find a session price that will work for both of us.  I do give an individual  discount when two or more people train at the same time. 


How did you get started teaching?

I personally challenge myself a lot  in the gym so that people started noticing me and asking questions on how I am able to perform some of the exercises. Many also asked me if I was willing to show them how to perform them. That's when I started noticing that I have a gift that I could share with others.


What types of students have you worked with?

All ages: Beginners, Intermediate, Avanced. Kids to Seniors, severely oboes to top athletes. (NFL & Triathletes). 

My effective training technique stays the same with every client! The only thing that changes, is the intensity. 


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Recently a client of mine reached her long desired fitness goal. To reduce her weight by 100 pounds. :)


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Keep on going! Every workout you perform is a success itself. Work together on your fitness goals with a personal trainer who's only interest is to get you your so well deserved results in a safe and effective way.


What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

1. Am I ready for that life change to a healthier future?

2. How much time and money am I willing to spend on reaching my goals?

3. Am I doing this for me or for somebody else?
