I’m Thomas Houck, founder of SoFit SoCal, fitness coach, and lifelong believer in transformation through movement. I’ve spent over 20 years helping clients rebuild strength, confidence, and purpose — both inside and outside the gym.
My coaching style blends science-backed training, mindset coaching, and real-life experience. I’m in recovery myself, and fitness played a huge role in rebuilding my life — so I understand what it means to start over, push through challenges, and create lasting change.
