Hi, my name is Eric & I am currently a certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), & Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) & Certfied Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I also have my doctorate degree in chiropractic.

In addition to traditional training programs & workouts, I can also design unique workout themes such as: Bootcamp, Floor Pilates, Balance & Stability, Mobility & Stretch, etc.

I specialize in training clientele within alternative workout sites as well - such as at their homes ( living room, etc), apartment gym, Driveway, Backyard, or even local park.

I also have all of the equipment necessary that I will bring to you (Bands, Dumbbells, Terra Core, Kettlebells, Trampolines, Bosu, Vipr Tubes, Foam Rollers, etc)!

Some of my main training specialities include: corrective exercise, performance enhancement (sports training), functional training (mobility, stability), fat loss, and strength development. With corrective exercise, we focus on reducing any type of muscle discomfort that you may have (such as low back pain, knee Pain, plantar fasciitis, etc).

    Eric is able to tailor workout sessions to fit my needs and goals after only a couple sessions - this is beneficial knowing there are injuries in my past! Hes super friendly and amazingly easy to work with. Its fun to see the many times he improvised on the spot due to unforseen situations at a moments notice, but definitely very appreciative for them. 10/10 recommend!

    Eric is an amazing, very knowledgeable trainer! I have chronic pain and autoimmune diseases. This has made it so the ways I use to workout aren’t possible anymore. I needed to learn new ways to train my body but also listen and respect it’s new limitations. Eric provided a plethora of new ways to do exercises that are lower impact. His positive, can do attitude was the motivation I needed to not let my illnesses define me and keep me down. Highly recommended!

    Frequently asked questions

    With new clients, we will go through a brief consultation where I will inquire questions about your current lifestyle (occupation, postural habits, physical/recreational activities, etc), we will discuss your fitness goals, address any limitations you may currently have, perform some physical assessments to test for muscle imbalances, and you will have the option to receive further tips, guidance, and links to help achieve your overall fitness goals! Then, we can proceed with your first training session or reschedule for another day - whichever is convenient for you.

    I have my Doctorate degree in Chiropractic, Masters degree in Human strength & Performance, along with certified personal trainer certifications as well (CPT, CES, PES, & CSCS).
    Standard pricing ranges from $125-$250 / session and is dependent upon numerous factors such as: driving distance (gas expenses), time of day (Rush hour vs no traffic), & training frequency.

    I've worked with a diverse group of individuals ranging from Kids (Sport Specific & Youth Development), to the General Population (Fat Loss, Strength gain, Hypertrophy), to Senior Citizens (Emphasizing Corrective Exercise, Posture, & Balance).

    I always advise prospective clients to choose 2 out of 3 qualities: (1) Professionalism (Punctuality, consistency, respectfulness, good communication / transparency, etc) (2) Experience (College degrees / Education, Training certifications, previous client training reviews, etc) (3) Price (Cheap vs. A bit more expensive). I’d say typically only 2 out of 3 exist at once in most aspects of life. So it comes down to what you value most!
