About
Hi, my name is Eric & I am currently a certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), & Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) & Certfied Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I also have my doctorate degree in chiropractic.
In addition to traditional training programs & workouts, I can also design unique workout themes such as: Bootcamp, Floor Pilates, Balance & Stability, Mobility & Stretch, etc.
I specialize in training clientele within alternative workout sites as well - such as at their homes ( living room, etc), apartment gym, Driveway, Backyard, or even local park.
I also have all of the equipment necessary that I will bring to you (Bands, Dumbbells, Terra Core, Kettlebells, Trampolines, Bosu, Vipr Tubes, Foam Rollers, etc)!
Some of my main training specialities include: corrective exercise, performance enhancement (sports training), functional training (mobility, stability), fat loss, and strength development. With corrective exercise, we focus on reducing any type of muscle discomfort that you may have (such as low back pain, knee Pain, plantar fasciitis, etc).

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
With new clients, we will go through a brief consultation where I will inquire questions about your current lifestyle (occupation, postural habits, physical/recreational activities, etc), we will discuss your fitness goals, address any limitations you may currently have, perform some physical assessments to test for muscle imbalances, and you will have the option to receive further tips, guidance, and links to help achieve your overall fitness goals! Then, we can proceed with your first training session or reschedule for another day - whichever is convenient for you.
