Dylan is an exceptional trainer. He helped me work through an injury and I am now back better than before. I saw results quickly in strength and muscle tone and definition. I really enjoy working with him.

Dylan was the best trainer I have ever had! He understood what I needed and watched me like a hawk to make sure that my form was correct. I was able to 3% body mass in 6 months. I feel like a new person!

Dylan does a great job of preparing a long-term plan with logical progressions. Each workout builds on the one before. You can tell he puts a lot of thought into each workout and its carefully scripted components. He gives excellent feedback. He teaches when he needs to and provides a lot of positive reinforcement.

    Frequently asked questions

Generally, I will start with a questionnaire to get to know the potential client and learn about injury history, goals, etc. After the questionnaire, I do a movement and joint range of motion assessment to see how the client moves and what available range of motion the client has. Lastly, we will go through a program directed to address the client's needs and goals to see if it is a fit for both client and coach.

I have worked with the younger student from the age of 7 to high school, collegiate athletes, and personal training clients whose age range includes 20-73 years young.

Watching our guys display their skills on our pro day in front of 20 professional scouts. Our guys put a lot of hard work and time in, so seeing their work pay off and get the interest of scouts is fulfilling as their performance coach.

    1. What experience does the coach have? Do they have the experience to go along with their credentials?

    2. Are you being assessed? It is a guessing game if a coach is prescribing exercises/drills and does not have an understanding of the client.

    3. Is your coach energetic and passionate about the work they are doing? In order for you to get better, your coach needs to continue to get better.

    1. What are your goals? What is it that you are trying to achieve?

    2. How much time and accountability are you going to be able to dedicate to the program? This is important for execution and consistency.
