MARNIK helps athletes unlock their athletic potential through well designed training regimens geared towards their sport and personal needs and educating them about importance of fitness and well rounded training plan on their athletic development and health in general that will take their abilities to the next level.

Coach Nik is a nationally certified strength and conditioning specialist through N.S.C.A.(National Strength and Conditioning Association) and has been working with athletes all levels and sports and general public since 2009 starting from high school to college and pro athletes.

Coach Nik has an athletic history of playing basketball in college and overseas and has gone through a long time of training and practice that brought him the understanding of discipline and hard work and dedication needed to compete at high level.

Just as when he was an athlete, he continues to excell in the world of training and fitness through varous accredited continuing education classes.

MARNIK Training includes:

-strength training, explosive or power training, jump training, speed and agility, energy system development and conditioning, mobility and flexibility, overall general strength and human biomechanics.

    Nik is the type of trainer that I was looking for. He tailored the workouts to my need. He worked around my injuries and more importantly assigned exercises that helped me heel faster.
