Michael Hayon’s approach to player development was shaped through years of hands-on experience training alongside the elite coaching team at Dashletics — one of the premier basketball training programs in the world.

Under the mentorship of Jamal Lovell "Dash" of Dashletics, who have worked with over 100+ NBA players including Kevin Durant, Jaylen Brown, Paul George, and Karl-Anthony Towns, Michael developed a system rooted in precision, game-real movement, and attention to detail.

His training emphasizes efficient footwork, balanced shot creation, and decision-making under pressure — all built to translate directly into real game situations. Michael’s sessions are high-intensity, individualized, and focused on long-term growth, helping players of all levels build confidence and elevate performance.
