I specialize in improving form and functional movement, and teaching people to live healthy, fit lives. If you want to get fit, lean, strong and healthy but you’ve got a sore joint, health or immune disorder or other physical limitations, or you just want to improve your form and bio-mechanics, then I’m the coach for you. I am certified in Performance and Corrective Training, have a background in Anatomy and Physiology and I’ve worked in fitness for ten years.
