About

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a Revo2lution Running Trainer. I have over 7 years experience coaching and training athletes and clients ranging from middle school age to adult. I have more than 15 years experience as an endurance athlete and have spent 4 years as an Army Healthcare Specialist. I have experience in endurance training, HIIT, weight lifting, bodyweight training, speed and agility, free weights, and weight machines. Prices per session will vary based off of type of program selected. Please reach out to me for training options and pricing.

Frequently asked questions

The first step is for us to find out your goals and develop a plan to achieve these goals.

A typical session will consist of a 10-15 minute warm where we will activate all of the muscles that will be utilized during the session.

We will then move into the bulk of the workout and what muscles groups are worked during this time will depend on goals and amout of times that we meet per week.

The session will conclude with a cool down where we slowly bring the heart rate down to a relaxed level, stretching of the muscles and myofascial release.
