Robert is a nationally certified trainer who has been an athlete and fitness enthusiast all his life. After attending the University of Central Florida on a soccer scholarship, Robert pursued a professional soccer career, but was quickly sidelined by reoccurring knee injuries. That is when his passion for fitness took over. For over 10 years he has been helping professional and collegiate athletes, celebrities, and power lifters attain their fitness goals. Day in and day out, his unbridled wiliness to learn and grow in the fitness industry.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Meet and greet to go over goals and previous experiences. Then a physical evaluation to set benchmarks for future goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a collegiate and professional soccer player. Currently ACE Certified and own Pit Fitness.

Group Rates available depending on how many clients and ability levels.
How did you get started teaching?
After my soccer career ended my love and drive for fitness took over. I have been helping clients for over 15 years now.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you meet with them and make sure its a good fit before just signing up for training.
