10 years coaching in the fitness industry and 6 years coaching softball/track and field. I've helped clients of all ages from beginners to elite athletes and the average adult. I'm experienced in functional fitness training for better health and wellness, strength, endurance, weight loss, increasing power, speed, and agility in addition to mobility and flexibility. Executing proper exercise form and establishing fun, appropriate, and personalized workout plans designed to meet the end goal is what I'm all about.
