I’ve been training with Val for a year and he is exactly what I need to improve cardio, balance and strength. He is very careful to ensure no injuries occur but knows how to push, challenge and get me to my max.
I’ve discovered through Val that I actually love lifting weights. I go home sweaty and exhausted but happy and feeling great. I am definitely seeing and feeling results from the workouts I do with him. My trainer Val has been a blessing to me as I embark on my new beginning. I am focused on living my best.
I like to meet my new students and get familiar with who they are, and what they want. I am very positive and assured, anything is achievable.
