Youth sports and fitness for ages 5-17. Our coaches include experts in starting with fundamentals at a very young age all the way through prep for college athletics. We offer training in baseball, soccer, basketball, girls fitness, boys fitness, speed and agility and self-defense.
My son has been receiving lessons from Point Steep Youth Sports and Fitness for the past 5 months. The coach is very patient, and I have really seen an improvement in his baseball skills. He looks forward to his lessons every week, and I highly recommend their services.
