Youth sports and fitness for ages 5-17. Our coaches include experts in starting with fundamentals at a very young age all the way through prep for college athletics. We offer training in baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, girls fitness, boys fitness, speed and agility and self-defense.
My son participates in the basketball skills class at the PREC on Sunday mornings with Coach James and he loves it! Coach James is great with the kids in developing the fundamentals of basketball all while having a great time.
