About
I infuse both Pilates and Performing Arts.
In my vocal lessons/ acting lessons, there will also be core strengthening exercises to improve diaphragmic breathing (but don't worry, not too much exercise)! It is important to maintain correct methods of breathing while singing and projecting while acting.
I also teach normal Pilates classes for ones who are not interested in the performing aspects.
I love to see the growth and improvement of my clients. It warms my heart seeing them achieve their desired goals.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When it comes to teaching, whether that be voice lessons, acting classes, or Pilates, I always ask the student what their goals are. I really try to stick with the technique in harmony with what the student wants to improve on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Classical Pilates instructor. I have worked with Jay Grimes who worked closely with Joseph Pilates. I also received continuing education from Vintage Pilates Studio's 'Fall Camp.'
I have had musical theatre/voice training from Suwanee Academy of the Arts, Collection Theatre, Alliance Theatre, and with Jodie Benson.

What types of students have you worked with?
When it comes to Acting and/or Voice, I usually work with students who want to sharpen their skills of the stage. As for Pilates, it goes hand-in-hand. I work with many performers who want to build stamina and work their core in order to strengthen their performance skills. I also work with others who are trying to reach their fitness goals, gain a mind-body connection, and increase flexibility.
