I am a running coach with 25+ of competitive running experience. I create a custom training plans for runners of all ages and goals. Core and strength work as well. I will even run with you! Easy cruise or structured workouts and long runs.
I love experiencing a client begin to enjoy running for the first time as well as the experienced runner breaking through.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I meet the client if they are local to get acquainted, do a short assessment and sometimes go for a short walk or run while chatting about their running history and goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer with an additional certification on sports performance. Both by ACE (American Council on Exercise).
