Lynn focuses on integrating yoga into whole-body wellness. Yoga is a holistic discipline and teaches that the mind, body, and spirit are connected. Pain in the body that is not related to a physical injury may be related to emotional or mental stressors, improper breathing, and/or postural deviations affecting bio-mechanics, muscle tone, connective tissue and circulation.
When your body, mind, and spirit are harmoniously balanced, stress is reduced and peace dwells within your heart.
