I have been fitness training for a little over 20 years. My experience has been in strength training, mobility, balance, group training, and nutrition. I get such great joy when I can improve the life of a client. It really just shows the possibilities one can achieve when they want it bad enough. My clients are young adults training for their sport, pre/post pregnacy, women in menapause, future brides, ederly, and people who just want to be fit.
I am currently employed as a Fitness Coach at a local club. My certifications are: NASM Personal Trainer, NASM Group Trainer, NASM Women's Specialist, and USA Weightlifting. I am currently working on my Nutrition Certification.
