I pre-write my client’s programs before we meet so I’ll have everything laid out and ready before each session.
My clients love the creative and fun challenges I meet them with during their sessions. People who have worked with trainers before find my routines to be new and refreshing.
I train teens in their perspective sports and help others become more active and motivated in this digital age.
I’m also great with the elderly and functional training to improve their current conditioning and functionality.
