I am passionate about training people and care about their weekly, monthly progress! I have been training and helping people reach their goals for about 8 years now under two companies such as, Functional Athlete in La Grange IL, and Tom Nelson Training in Mount Prospect IL. My programs are individualized to fit the need of the person by their age and physical capabilities (what they can and cannot do). I offer both online and one on one/group training! Distance is not an obstacle! I have my contact information as 24/7 so that they can connect with me any time if they need anything regarding the program! I am a track and field athlete and coach and I make sure to get the best of our people and make them see they can do and feel so much better. I love what I do!!
