Hello, my name is Miguel Castroman, and I am a martial arts instructor with over 35 years of experience in teaching Tai Ji Quan, Qigong, Dao Yin Taoist Yoga, and Kung Fu (wing Chun, Buddha Fist, xing yi quan, bagua zhang ). I have dedicated my life to the study and practice of various martial arts, including training with renowned masters such as Lin Ching Song, Rodolfo Polich, and Ma Xian Feng.

My teaching style is personalized and focuses not only on the physical techniques but also on the cultivation of mental clarity, inner peace, and spiritual growth. I emphasize traditional methods that blend mindfulness, strength, and flexibility, making the training a holistic experience for my students.
