I am passionate about enhancing the quality of life for residents in and around the St. Bernard and Orleans parishes. I offer CrossFit classes, personal training, and flexibility/mobility training. I work with all ages. No fitness experience required. I am a CrossFit level 2 trainer and have been coaching classes and personal training sessions for 7 years.
In addition, I am also a Precision Nutrition Certified level 1 nutrition coach.
