I love accompanying people on their journey to improved health and wellness. Seeing someone become more confident and empowered by gaining fitness and strength is one of my favorite things about being a personal trainer and health coach.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When a potential new client reaches out to me, I suggest we schedule a 30 minute free consultation to discuss their needs in detail and to see if we would be a good fit. This can be done in person or virtually via Skype or Zoom. If all goes well, I provide pricing information and new client paperwork, including a health history form. Once I have all of this informaiton, I know how to best help them.
