What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first step is figuring out what the initial goal of my client is. After that we come up with micro goals that help lead to that major goal so that my client gets small wins and stays motivated to keep on moving forward ultimately leading to success.
How did you get started teaching?
I first started training back in 2011 when I was a trainer in a box gym.... through my experience there I learned the basics of what it takes to be a good and effective trainer

I've worked with helping others drop weight and get to their goal safely and effectively

Spartan race. I love competing and this is a good race to do that!
