About

I am a Certified Master Trainer, Sports Performance Specialist, Specialist in Strength and Conditioning, Certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, and Corrective Exercise Specialist and have been preparing athletes from 8 years old to College Prep to increase their athletic performance.

I have over 20 years of experience in coaching youth sports to include soccer and football.

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing an athlete become more confident in their abilities and their performance.

I don't just work with athletes, I work with everyone looking to increase their strength and mobility, lose weight, and become healthier.

I also work with those who are between physical therapy and recovery using corrective exercise techniques to increase mobility and decrease pain.

I am not a 'skills' specific trainer. I them become a better athlete through increased speed, agility, acceleration, and strength.

    I start off with a complete assessment to determine what level the athlete is at currently.  I then create a progression program to increase the athletes speed, agility,  and explosiveness. 

    This is the most effective way to transition new performance levels on to the field.

    I studied Kinesiology in college and have the following internationally recognized certifications: Certified Master Trainer, Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Transformation Specialist, and Fitness Trainer Certified.
    My pricing is dependent upon the amount of sessions purchased. I also offer mini sessions for as little as $35/session. My team training is $10 per player per session (minimum of 10 players), small group training starts at $45 per session and actually goes down from there.
    As a youth I was introduced to Fitness and weight training by a Police Officer in my small Midwestern town.
    I've work with all types of clients. Youth athletes to College athletes, beginning fitness to competitive body builders and fitness competitors, I also work with our senior community by providing mobility training to help increase balance and reduce pain during movement.
    Make sure they are legitimately Certified by a recognized organization. Most general trainers don't have sufficient knowledge to train athletes...it's a specific skill.
