I am a Certified Master Trainer, Sports Performance Specialist, Specialist in Strength and Conditioning, Certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, and Corrective Exercise Specialist and have been preparing athletes from 8 years old to College Prep to increase their athletic performance.
I have over 20 years of experience in coaching youth sports to include soccer and football.
There is nothing more rewarding than seeing an athlete become more confident in their abilities and their performance.
I don't just work with athletes, I work with everyone looking to increase their strength and mobility, lose weight, and become healthier.
I also work with those who are between physical therapy and recovery using corrective exercise techniques to increase mobility and decrease pain.
I am not a 'skills' specific trainer. I them become a better athlete through increased speed, agility, acceleration, and strength.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start off with a complete assessment to determine what level the athlete is at currently. I then create a progression program to increase the athletes speed, agility, and explosiveness.
This is the most effective way to transition new performance levels on to the field.
