What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained Professional and Amateur Fighters for over 20 years. Work with professinal athletes for sports conditioning including Basketball Players, Football, Rugby, Tennis, Fitness Competitors, Volleyball etc. All ages, all levels anyone who wants to learn boxing, or just get in shape.

We structure pricing based upon the individual clients number of sessions per week, length of sessions and additional services or classes.
How did you get started teaching?
The love for boxing and staying fit, people just started asking me to train them, and it evolved from there. Where I opened up my own facility over 15 years ago.
What types of students have you worked with?
Professional Athletes, Professional Boxers, Fitness Enthusiasts, Stay at home moms, Corporate Executives, Professionals of all walks of life.
From Toddlers, Teens, Jet Setters, Moms & Grandparents.. Everyone is welcome and we have a tight knit family atmosphere.

I love Boxing of course, Football and Sports in General.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you choose someone who is going to listen to your needs and care about the person, not the turn and burn style gyms and trainers. I truly care about my clients, their families etc. This is why we have been open so long and only by word of mouth. We do not pay for advertising at all.
