I went to school at Southern California Health Institute to become a personal fitness trainer through NASM.

How did you get started teaching?
i started teaching went I worked at My house Fitness. Trained there for 6 months. And started training other people for 3 years
What types of students have you worked with?
i worked with seniors, people that are not use to working out, some that was injured several years ago, someone with a triple by pass, and children’s that had ADHD. And also people that just want to loose weight and gained strength.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was very fond of when I train people and making sure they get a great work out
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
So that you know where you are in the programBe sure that the teacher is helpful and answer all your questions. Explains the work out and why you are doing that work out. Someone that will motivate you to work out hard. And also gives month assessments
