-Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2019.
-Kettlebell certified.
-Steelmace certified.
-TRX certified.
-6 year veteran of the U.S. Army.
If you're looking to just get jacked, then I am not the trainer for you. However, if you are looking to get fit and really take your fitness, health, and longevity serious, than I am the trainer for you! To me, fitness isn't all about how you look but how you feel, looks should be secondary.

I am a veteran of the United States Army which is where I gained a lot of my fitness knowledge, training, and passion stems from. Aside from that, I am a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
