Older brother brought me to the gym when I was 14. Fell in love with fitness, became a coach in 2014, had a mentor guide me on the path of functional movement, strength training, conditioning, and corrective exercises. Became obsessed with learning, took the ball and ran with it. Never looked back since. 8 years as a Coach, almost 15 in the gym consistently.

Ages 6 to 94 years old, but I typically work with ages 35-55 demographic.

Helping my client Steve, who is 70, finally be able to lift his arm above his head without the excruciating shoulder pain he was dealing with for last 30 years or so, and be able to throw the football around with one of his 29 grandchildren.

Dont go just off looks. Go off of credentials. Talk on the phone. Give them a test drive, just like you would a car before you buy one...hopefully. Try one or a few sessions out and see if you're the right fit or not.

Their training history, injury history, health history, past successes and failures in addressing their health and fitness needs and any current limitations or stressors as well. What their goals, needs, and desires are, what they're looking for in a coach and workout program, and how committed they are is a good start!
