I’m a certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist with a degree in Exercise Science and have been working with clients ranging from kids and seniors to military and professional athletes for over 10 years. I specialize in circuit training for toning and weight loss and sports specific training. I do training in clients’ homes, virtually, in a studio and at parks. I like working with small groups or individuals to ensure sessions are personalized.
I love seeing clients get results! Muscle tone, weight loss, confidence, reducing medications, better race times- you name it! Each client has their own goals and reasons for training with me. It’s fun connecting with new people and working with them.

First of all, ensure the trainer has education and certifications in the Personal Training and Health/Exercise field. The next step is ensuring it's a good personality and style fit. There are lots of great trainers- but not all of them will be best for your specific needs.
