Our head Jiu Jitsu instructor placed 3rd at the World Championships and continues to actively compete. Our Head Body Building Trainer recently received Double Gold in a national competition, winning his class as well as the overall. Our MMA instructors train current UFC Fighters and are teaching the newest and best techniques out there.
