I will provide you with a nutrition plan, personal training, free body fat scanning and gym membership all included. I'm a pharmacist, but I've been into Health & Fitness for over 10 years now. It's my passion. I'm currently in the best shape of my life at age 51. I've been struggling against obesity all my life and I want to help people overcome this obstacles (ie. being overweight & not happy with how they look). As a health professional (Registered Pharmacist) I preach diet and exercise everyday, but It's just preaching. As a personal trainer, I can take you by the hand and actually makes that happens through proper nutrition and exercise.
