About

I offer specialized group and private training in 'functional performance', strength and conditioning and speed and agility/accuracy training.

I am certified Crossfit instructor and Strength and Conditioning coach.

I am also a UFC veteran with over 30+ years in fitness and martial arts. I offer Mixed Martial Arts, BrazillianJiu-jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Judo and Wrestling for adults and children ages 6 and up. I train athletes of all levels from the weekend warrior/Spartan racer, to world class combat athletes competing in their respective disciplines!

My Academy boasts a fully equipped weight room with free weights, machines and cardio equipment for use

I enjoy changing people's lives through healthy living and provindng them with a rewarding lifestyle that gives back what they put into it. Doing so keeps me young and motivated to improve myself along with my students. We all improve together!

    Tonys awesome he changed my life around I was weighing 265 biggest Id ever been and I didnt think id be an athlete again because my knees. He took me in I trained with him for a year and I was in the best shape Id ever been in before and my knees were getting stronger.
