My wife and i have been providing  service for 10 years. Myself personal and group training and her meal prepping and planning. As well as nutritional Guidance. We provide you with nutrition and the training to ensure your results. Both Nesta and ISSA Certified with loads of real world experience.

Now with the Covid 19 changing the way we do things our services are now viral. We have live Group and Personal Sessions.  

We enjoy seeing growth.... Its awesome to see what your body does when it is trained and fueled properly.

ISSA and Nesta Certified and I have been training in multiple gyms and under many well know trainers in the area.

Personal training $40/ session

Group Training $125/ month 

How did you get started teaching?

I couldn't do a push-up. I have always been a basketball player I figured baller don't need to lift lol. But I messed my knee up and couldn't play. I had a gym membership that I was paying for so I said I'll just go do some push ups. And I couldn't and the rest is history 

What types of students have you worked with?

From high school athletes and teachers (we love teachers) to a single mom of 4. Those needing to lose 200 to those needing to drop that last 15.
