I run Swing Fx Athletic Development, a structured training program designed to improve performance in rotational sports like baseball and golf through better movement, mechanics, and rotational power.
Most players focus only on skill practice, but true performance improvements come from developing efficient movement, mechanics, and rotational power. Swing Fx trains these areas together so athletes build stronger swings, better coordination, and more consistent performance.
Athletes train through a structured development system that improves:
• throwing mechanics
• hitting mechanics
• swing efficiency
• rotational power
• speed and athletic movement
My background includes athletics through college, personal training, and physical therapy, which allows me to combine sports skills with movement training to help athletes develop safely and efficiently.
All new athletes begin with a Swing Fx Performance Evaluation, where we assess movement, mechanics, and performance while also working through sport specific drills so athletes leave the session with improvements they can use immediately.
From there athletes can progress through the Swing Fx Athletic Development program, which includes:
• Champs (ages 4–6)
• Fundamentals
• Performance
• All-Star athletes
Training options include 1-on-1 coaching or small group Pods, depending on athlete goals.
