Gymnastics Kinetics

I ask and see what their goals and ambitions are?  Then come up with a realistic plan on how to get there as soon as possible!

I have been USASF Certified on 3 occasions. I also have helped Judged cheer competitions. 

I charge $25 for 30minutes, $35 for 45minutes and $45 for an hour. Depending if I have to travel, its a $15 extra minimum.

Funny story. I played sports most my life and of course I always like flipping like a ninja. Got into football and ended up injuring my knee. I loved football and lifting weights. But, now because of my knee injury, the doctor said I couldn't play any running sports for a whole year. Luckily my high school had a coed cheer team that did competitions. Perfect, I get to flip like a Ninja, go to competitions and lift the girls, count me in!! I played football for one more year after my first cheer year but, still was getting hurt and didn't want to deal with all the politics of the football scene at my school. Went back to cheer my senior year and had a blast! The next year in college I got a partial scholarship from cheer and I started working my first gymnastics job in 2002 and have been coaching ever since!!

I have worked all ages from 3-18 years old. And worked with most levels of tumbling, cheer and gymnastics!

Hire someone who has alot of experience and patience.
