Q & A

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Our process starts with a consultation/interview to see if we are a mutual fit. After getting to know clients goals, motivation and capacity for change we can then develop hyper-personalized plans with immediate, short-term, and long-term goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our business has dozens of certifications and degrees which we integrate as needed based on the desires of the client.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

We have both member and non member pricing, as well as fixed and flexible membership options.

How did you get started teaching?

The business started after a personal quest to regain health, and after passing along life changing lessons as a hobby it slowly became a business.

What types of students have you worked with?

We've worked with kids and adults ages 5-91 from across all walks of life. We specialize in body transformation for those who want more than a quick fix but are ready to put in the work to "do it the right way."

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We host montly free events at our studio for people to come participate in our services and culture and be inspired to lead a healthier lifestyle.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Spend time asking yourself why you want to change, what parts of life you're missing out on by not changing, and what your life will look like when you do change.  Being able to answer those questions will help you see all your healthly living choices as part of a bigger purpose and keep you going when you might otherwise quit.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Think through what you perceive to be your biggest obstacles? What (if anything) has made you quit in the past. What makes now a good time to change, and what are your expectations of a coach you might hire.
