Welcome! My name is Vanessa Diaz. I have been playing basketball since I was 5 years old. I am currently a collegiate athlete played at the D3 level and NAIA. In high school, I was #1 in the state for 3 pointers made. I have 5 years of experience with strength and conditioning. I am also a certified personal trainer through NASM. I am here to help basketball players grow in their performance, confidence, and shot!
