My studio is not a franchised gym chain with wall-to-wall mirrors, every weight machine and barbell imaginable. My gym is a small training studio designed just like an old school fight gym. What makes it special is my character and my talents, and the character and talents of my members – who I greatly value – and the community we create for each other.
I offer private training and small group training. All small groups have no more than 8 people in them so personal attention is always guaranteed to all members. All training is by appointment only so be sure to get on my schedule before it fills up. The workouts we do are all based on a professional fighter training routine. You’ll do a lot of calisthenics, jump rope, shadow box, hit bags and throw medicine balls, all with the intention of getting you fit for everyday life.
