What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We do a movement screen and performance test with the student to see where they are and how we can help them. Then we progress the exercises based on the test.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

2 Post Graduate Degrees in Education- MS, and EdS. CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association

FMS Certification- Functional Movement 

USAW Certification- Olympic Lifting

USATF- USA Track and Field Cert

What types of students have you worked with?

We have worked with all ages and levels of athletes. Professional athletes, Collegiate, High School, Middle School, and Grade School


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We just trained an Olympic Athlete from the Bahamas to help him become more explosive for Sprinting and Jumping. That was an enjoyable experience for us. 


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Look for Education and Certifications- CSCS and EXOS is the best. All the others are suspect.


What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What goals do they have? How hard are they willing to work for those goals?

If they don't want it bad enough and don't have the effort to get there the goals become a reality.
