What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a over 30 years of experience in weight training, personal training, nutrition and competition prep for men and women. I am Copper clinic, ISMA and NFPT certified.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I offer body transformation programs: i.e.
24 week program - $1,300
20 week program - $ 900
16 week program - $ 700
12 week program - $ 500
How did you get started teaching?
I got started teaching by being athlete, taking physical education in college and competing in bodybuilding competitions.
What types of students have you worked with?
My clients have ranged from kids, seniors, athletes, fitness competitors to your average everyday person.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently sponsored and participated in a 5K charity walk/run to help support Brantwood children home, a home to keep the siblingds of displaced children together.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the teacher is certified,professional,motivating, accountible and 100% passionate about their skill.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Expecting realistic goals, giving all important medical, physcial and mental information about their health, so I can help them reach their fitness and transformation goals.
