I am a personal trainer at Anytime Fitness in Lowell, AR and I'm looking to help as many people as possible achieve their fitness goals.

> Resistance Training (strength/barbells, muscle mass/aethetics, no equipment/at home, dumbbell routines)
> Conditioning (distance work, speed work, circuits/intervals, military PT)
> Flexibility and Mobility (warmup/dynamic stretching, cooldown/static stretching)
> Activities and Sports (bicycling, yoga, grip training, posture training, and more)
