I'm ISSA Certified as a Fitness Trainer as well as a Certified Fitness Nutritionist. I've studied Nutritional Science, Disease and the Body, Biomechanics and Kinesiology Science, Fitness Nutrition and Exercise Science with the International Sports Science Association and University of Phoenix. Five years ago I was blessed to finally pursue my lifelong dream and open my own training facility, Pro Push Fitness, Arizona Personal Training Studio. We are a fully equipped private gym, with all the bells and whistles you would expect in a big box gym. I identify well and specialize in weight loss for women, especially those who've had children and want their body back. Responsibilities to family, home, community and employment can become very demanding. As a wife, mother and full time fitness trainer and gym owner - I have learned a solid truth: I must care for myself properly to be an effective influence – on anyone or anything. I've learned how to realistically accomplish this and believe that you can as well. Education and personal application are both key in understanding how to help others.
In the three years I have been working out with Pro Push Fitness, I have never had the same workout. It is always different and fun. It is always a positive environment and motivating. We chat on the phone to make sure we are a good fit for each other. From there, we schedule a time to meet. It's at this point we take all your starting measurements, photos, injury or physical need requirements. We also assess your physical fitness level so I can begin constructing your workout and nutritional plan - to compliment your goals.
