With more than 20 years of experience and an expert in the fitness industry, I've helped hundreds of individuals transform their lives, and I'm ready to help you.

    In the three years I have been working out with Pro Push Fitness, I have never had the same workout. It is always different and fun. It is always a positive environment and motivating. I love that I can get my workout in and have meal plans to be successful with what I eat. Pro Pus Fitness is the whole package.     I love the environment at Pro Push. The trainers are knowledgeable and make it fun!! cost is affordable, they don’t push a bunch of extras on you, the gym is clean and the workouts are fun and they even have a “What kind of music do you want to listen to” suggestions sheet!! And if that isn’t enough you get results... results... results!! I tell everyone I know about Pro Push !!
