What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We like to bring you in for a free class. That gives you the opportunity to see what we all are about and we can learn about you and your current health and goals. All without any presure to buy anything. From there, we will work with you to design a schedule and nutrition strategy. so you can hit your goals ASAP!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple personal training and nutrition certifications.
We have a combined 20+ years practicing kickboxing
We have a physical therapist on staff
