What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Students can expect to be trained as an athlete in the 5 key areas that contribute to improved athletic performance regardless of the sport or recreational sport activity.  They are Speed, Strength, Coordination, Flexibility and Endurance.

After a free, no obligation, initial assessment; areas of improvement are identified, goals are established and a plan is developed that is mutually agreed upon.
