My name is Tyson Dale. I am NPTI Professionally Certified with over 20 years experience and have a background in Martial Arts.

I created Traveling Fitness Trainers to add a more versatile and comfortable training experience with flexibility. The great advantage of having a trainer come to you is that you save tons of time AND you're home right when you finish! 

 I travel and train individuals and groups at their homes, gyms and at parks. 

I have helped several people lose weight, tone up, build muscle, become stronger and live life healthier.

Training also includes functional movements, balance, stability, core, injuries and rehabilitation. Exercises are also modified to match your fitness level.

 I am currently offering a Start-Up Special that includes 2 hour training sessions for only $99! 

Equipment is provided and a free fitness assessment evaluation is included within the first workout. 

I encourage you with Motivational support and hold you accountable so that you reach your fitness goals.

Sessions 60 minutes

Private Training

1 session = $60

4 Pack = $55 a session

8 Pack = $50 a session

Group Training = $60

Virtual Session = $50

Online Training = $90/week for up to 3 workout routines

I enjoy training and helping others be a better version of themselves. I worked hard and built Traveling Fitness Trainers.


What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with all kinds of people from all different walks of life. I have discovered that it doesn't matter who you are or where you come from, health will always be necessary in your life and it is my mission to provide that.


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I just had an individual lose 200 lbs. Amazing feeling and change for his life. I am so proud of him!


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure that the teacher or trainer isn't training you for what he wants or she wants but for what you want. Your goals are your own and not theirs.


What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Make sure that the trainer asks you about your injuries and creates the workouts designed for your goals and also helps you with your nutrition.
