I'm a seasoned Registered Physician Assistant. Certified in sports medicine rehabilitation techniques and neuromuscular rehabilitation.
I'm a licensed personal fitness coach through NASM, licensed weight loss specialist through ACE and a CHEK Holistic Health Practitioner. I can change anyone's health and improve overall functionality.
I am also a Certified Nutritionist through Precision Nutrition, a Board Certified Advanced Diabetes Management Practitioner. I capable of designing nutrition and exercise for both type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus.

My prices are listed on my website for public display. They are affordable and commensurate to the industry.
I do offer significant discounts to seniors, Gulf War Veterans, or those with medical handicaps.
How did you get started teaching?
Began as a Lifestyle and Weight loss coach, and a staff research associate directing an NIH funded medical research grant observing the effects of acute weight loss and correlating effects of reversing intraocular pressure in subjects with glaucoma.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types from age 7 years old to two seniors I'm currently working with who are in their mid-90s.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Completing my first ultra-distance cycling event. Race across the west a 930-mile race from Oceanside CA, to Durango CO. Finishing time 2 days and 14 hours non stop.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be sure you can clearly define your overarching dream before beginning your health and fitness journey.
