    The first step to evaluating a personal training with Renegade Fitness is right for you, is to reach out and schedule your free initial consultation. During this consultation will go over backgrounds, goal setting, and game planning. 

    Next, we'll schedule a free one on one session that will allow do you to see how I train and It will allow me an opportunity to gain a better understanding of where we are starting from.

    I am a certified NASM personal trainer with 8+ years experience in the industry. I am FMS level one certified and TRX certified.
