Jonny's Boxing Lab

I first started boxing when I was 12 yrs old ever since than I've loved the sport and learned from it. I now like to teach boxing I first started teaching boxing to my nephews when they were young I now teach my own son who's 9yrs old. I like the feeling of showing people and kids how to defend themselves and I enjoy the building up of confidence and self esteem when my students are learning how to box.
