I listen to my clients! That is a huge part of really helping them. They know their bodies more than we do so we have to listen to them in regards to injuries, etc then implement a program that fit their needs. Also, I don’t use the drill sergeant tactics, that’s not my personality. There are other ways to motivate without being aggressive. I create a new workout every time we train to prevent boredom and progress. I am available via phone, email or text anytime they have a question or concern.
I have worked in fitness industry for almost 20 years and have been certified since 2002. I have worked with a wide range of people of all ages helping them lose weight, build mucle and just live a healthier life. I love educating people on how to live a healthy lifestyle. If they take a fraction of what I have instilled in them and used it long term, I have done my job! One of my clients have gone on to be an instructor herself teaching Zumba! That makes me extremely proud! ;)
Sandy is an amazing trainer! She helps you push yourself at a pace you’re comfortable with and keeps you on track. You can tell she loves helping people achieve their goals. I absolutely recommend her 100%!

First I will ask the client a series of questions to understand what their specific needs are to allow me to create a customized program that will help them reach their fitness goals. Generally, this happens over email/phone call or we can do an in-person consultation, whichever the client prefers. Once complete, we will set up a schedule to meet regularly.
