About

Most soccer players I've met are striving to get better at the skills of soccer. But we need to recognize at times we need spontaneous movement to pull it off. So it is about technical skill and spontaneous movement. It's top and bottom coming together.

"You can't enslave a mind that knows itself."

Shining our InnerLight during matches requires courage.

    Frequently asked questions

Surrendering to the needs of the moment.

My work is not based on conventional education and training. I don't care what your stats are. I don't care about your stress.

It depends on how much money you are willing to pay. I can go quite deep for a small few. But I charge a lot of seminars and ongoing practices.

It's my calling. From coaching a local church basketball team. To coaching my peers in the gym and everywhere in between I've been called to teach.

There are three types of people. Those who don't know what is happening. Those who wonder what is happening. Those who make things happen.

There are no ordinary moments. Treating one moment as ordinary and another as extraordinary is a form of suffering.

    Breath and relax.

If I knew why I was practicing soccer, it would be?

If I knew what my goal was, I would say it is?

    How can I do it?
